ARCOTEL Wimberger is located in the 7th district, in the heart of a young, very lively area of Vienna. Located in the immediate vicinity of the Stadthalle and Mariahilfer Straße, Vienna’s longest shopping street. The ARCOTEL Wimberger is also located close to the vibrant culture and art district, the MuseumsQuartier Vienna and Spittelberg, with the most rustic pub scene in Vienna.
Delegates receive a special discounted nightly rate of 159 Euros for single occupancy and 189 Euros for double occupancy, rates are included VAT. This is subject to availability of bedrooms at the time of the booking. The discount is applied to stays between 10th and 11th December 2024.

Getting to the accommodation:
The hotel has a parking garage with 224 parking spaces is via the rear of the hotel building. The daily flat rate is EUR 31.00. EUR 3.90 is charged per hour. Due to the limited number of parking spaces we ask for your understanding that a reservation is unfortunately not possible.
The underground U-Bahn line 6 station "Burggasse/Stadthalle" and stops for trams on line 6, 9, 18 and 49 are located directly opposite the ARCOTEL Wimberger. By foot you can reach the Westbahnhof in 5 minutes with another link to the public transport network.
If you are coming from the airport, the one stop on the tram line 18 or 6 to the terminus "Burggase-Stadthalle" or 5 minutes walk toward Urban-Loritz-Platz. Alternatively, you can take the S-Bahn (commuter train) or City Airport Train (CAT) to Wien Mitte railway station and from there the underground U-Bahn line 3 towards "Ottakring" to "Westbahnhof".

It has come to our attention that a number of accommodation service providers have contacted companies supporting P&P regarding hotel reservations. When delegates say they have already booked they are told that they need to finalise their booking by completing a form with credit card details. This generates a new booking and a 25% deposit is immediately charged to the card - this is non-refundable and any cancellation incurs a heavy penalty.
